The symbolisation of the Taj Mahal is a piece of love. It counts among the world's wonders and people are bewildered about the magnificent monument of love. Love does not care about money but the livelihood of lovers does.
How beautifully Sahir Ludhanvi expresses resentment towards 'The Taj Mahal' on behalf of billions of people….

In this era of commerce, Love has been customised as a commodity rather than an emotion. Meanwhile, research is being done on making designer babies, and we are doing the same with organic emotion. People are meant not to camouflage in love. Being real comes with lots of terms and conditions. Everyone is introducing a new definition of emotion that has an evolutionary history running parallel to Homo sapiens. As humans are evolving so is love. But love is now being commercialised by the market, not getting romanticised by literary people.
There was a time when manifesting a world with the person who brings butterflies in the stomach was an untold forever promise. Now, things have changed, and the new cool culture is appealing. We mostly fall on the side of lust which is ephemeral and prioritising over love which is eternal. Our new generational advancements provide a paradox of choice. The modernity that we preach somehow exploits traditional love. Attaching objectification towards love is a diabolical act. The society holds discriminations and prejudices against divine love. We have not come a long way.
An English Romantic poet, John Keats quotes,
"A thing of beauty is a joy forever; its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness."
The innocence of love should not be overcome by the sanity of being in love. Love is itself a celebration throughout life. You feel the spring within even if the autumn is around. Love should maintain a distance from a sense of dominance otherwise when we want to conquer love, it leaves repercussions. It is not about expecting someone to be your puppet. It is to feel free in the vicinity. Love is intimate but it needs privacy at times.
The works of literature that we find outdated; can only bring back the lost human touch. It is the time when we need to revisit our roots to truly evolve.
E.E. Cummings lucidly explains the complexity of love to our volatile understanding of love through his poem-
Ye to love par achha essay likh diya ekdum UPSC mains mein likhne layak. ๐
